Why Supplier Verification Matters

Every year, e-commerce merchants lose money to fraudulent suppliers, misrepresented factories, and suppliers with undisclosed legal problems. Most vetting is done through Alibaba ratings and WhatsApp conversations — not exactly robust due diligence.

Forthsource provides supplier search plus separately ordered manual China dossiers. A contractor reports defined company and risk fields from a Qichacha source document, with a stated 24-to-48-hour delivery target.

Evidence Boundaries

Forthsource does not query registries directly or currently produce buyer-visible trust scores. It does not verify factory capacity, product quality, or supplier certifications, and the optional factory-photo add-on is not an on-site audit.
