By installing or using Forthsource, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Forthsource provides supplier verification, AI trust scoring, and landed cost calculation for Shopify merchants. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period as described on our pricing page.

2. Account Registration

You must have a valid Shopify store to use Forthsource. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly through Shopify Billing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

Forthsource and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forthsuite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forthsuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that forecasting results will be accurate. Inventory decisions remain your responsibility.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app through your Shopify admin.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
