Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the standalone Forthsource supplier-verification platform, its search tiers, and any supplier background check you order.

1. Service

Forthsource provides supplier search plus separately ordered manual China dossiers. A contractor reports defined company and risk fields from a Qichacha source document with a stated 24-to-48-hour delivery target; it is not a direct registry query, factory audit, or product-quality certification.

2. Accounts and Access

Forthsource is a standalone service and does not require a Shopify store. You must provide accurate account and request information, keep credentials secure, and have a lawful reason to submit any personal or business data.

3. Plans and One-time Checks

Current search tiers are $0, $29, and $99 per month. Supplier background checks are separate one-time purchases: $39, or $69 with factory photos. The standalone service has no free trial. The price shown at checkout or in an accepted order governs the purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

Forthsource's original software, site content, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in data and material you lawfully supply and grant the limited permission needed to operate the service you request.

6. Product-specific Responsibility

A supplier report is due-diligence support based on available records and submitted information. It does not guarantee identity, solvency, capacity, product quality, certifications, future conduct, or successful performance. You remain responsible for commercial and legal decisions.

7. Service Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service or close an account subject to any active plan and completed one-time purchase terms shown when you ordered. We may restrict misuse or unlawful requests.

9. Changes and Contact
